Of People And Things That I Love

Since I've been busy with work and Law school lately, I haven't really had the time to go out of the house and do things worth blogging about. So, instead of waiting for something interesting to happen to my mundane everyday life (sigh), I decided to write about the people (and things!) that I hold dear to my heart. This way, I would be able to show a quick rundown on who I am. Besides, aside from reading and reading and reading, my world pretty much revolves around them. :-)

These are snapshots of some of my favorite shoes, my earrings and make up collection and my favorite nail-arts of all time. I think it's pretty evident that I'm an avid fan of anything pretty, wild and crazy. And I'm actually proud to say that when it comes to the things I fancy, I really save up for them and use my own money (but some of my shoes were from my mom and some of my make up from my sister). My collection's the product of the savings I was able to accumulate back when I was in college and when I first started working. (Thanks to my parents for paying for all my clothes, gas and everything else! :p) here's the thing though: I haven't worn most of my shoe collection. I just love looking at them. :P

As you can see, I have lots of groups of friends. That's why I know for sure that I'm pretty blessed. :) I haven't seen most of these people for quite some time now since most of them are either working somewhere far from where I live or studying for their boards/exams. But hopefully, we'll all see more of them on my future posts. *crosses fingers*

To all these people and to all my friends whom I don't have a picture with: I love you guys and I hope to see all of you soon. :-)

This handsome guy right here is my best friend and lifetime partner. I don't think I have to expound on that since those two descriptions say it all. And oh, I love him to bits. <3 the two beautiful baby girls are our "daughters". I've been an adoptive Mama to Boogie (the little girl kissing me) since she was 6 months old and even though she didn't really come from me, I feel like she's my very own. (I'll write about her soon) Jhanna, the one with the small eyes like mine, is one of my favorite nieces and since she's almost always with me, she got used to calling me her Mama as well. And that pretty, little doggie on the upper right is baby Gaga. :-) (Thanks to Steffi, Gelro and Tita Roldan! If it weren't for you guys, we wouldn't have her and we probably wouldn't be this happy. hihi)

And these people are the best of the best ones. Enough said.

Well, that's it. I have to study tons of cases already, so bye guys! :-)

PS: You're probably wondering why I didn't include pictures of my immediate family. See, they're very private people. And due to circumstances that I can't elaborate on, my parents and I agreed that I can't upload family pictures here or write about our whereabouts and all that. But, since I'm a little stubborn, I'll tell you a few things about my family... They're my weekly drinking buddies and they're the most awesome people on Earth. :-)

Pen and paper

Normally, when I feel the need to express my thoughts or feelings, I grab my pen and paper and write them down. But since Law school and work are taking up too much of my ink (haha), I've decided to put up this blog. I'm fervently hoping that I can keep this blog, considering the many many blogs I have already made in the past (which are now extinct, btw.).

Anyway, hello, I'm Ella/Natalaine and this is my blog. ;-) I hope I won't end up just ranting on about my umpteen school works, my emotional (and probably mental, too) instability and nonexistent social life. That's actually the least thing I would want to do: to rub in the neck-jerking curves of the roller coaster ride of my life. Though I'm sure a lot of my friends would like to see that other side of me. Oh well, let's just all hope for the best!

PS: I couldn't think of a nice blog name so I ended up with this. The title isn't totally nonsense, though! I used it because aside from being the 3/5 of our big family, I am never any one of the extremes -- I'm not too nice but I'm not too bad, I'm not too crazy but I'm not too normal, I'm not too strong but I'm definitely not too weak, etc. You get my point! Haha.
